¿Qué Hay Que Hacer Cuando?

A) Si alguien se está ahogando, lo primero que haría sería gritar para pedir ayuda, después intentaría ayudarla yo mismo mediante la utilización de cualquier objeto que me permitiera llegar a él y sacarlo del agua y otra opción sería desde dentro del agua intentar sacarlo.

A) If someone is drowning, the first thing that I would do would be to shout to ask for help, later her I itself would try to help by means of the utilization of any object that he should allow to come and to extract it of the water and another option would be from inside the water to try to extract it.

B) Si tuviera un esguince de tobillo, lo primero que haría sería aplicarme hielo inmediatamente, después me aplicaría un vendaje, inmovilizaría la zona afectada y por último iría al traumatólogo.



B) If I had a sprain of ankle, the first thing that I would do would be ice to apply to me immediately, later I would apply a bandage to myself, would immobilize the affected zone and finally I would go to the orthopedic surgeon.

C) Con diarrea lo mejor es tomar mucho líquido para no deshidratarse y una dieta blanda si no se me quitara acudiría al médico lo antes posible.

D) Si me encuentro un accidente de tráfico por la calle, primero alertaría mediante la llamada a Emergencias y a la policía, después socorrería yo mismo mediante las indicaciones que me hayan dado durante la llamada.

E) Si alguien al lado mía sufre un ataque de corazón, lo primero que haría sería llamar a una ambulancia rápidamente, después socorrería mediante la indicaciones que me hayan dado durante la llamada ya que solo tenemos unos pocos minutos para actuar.

F) -1 Se sitúa una cinta de 2 cm por encima de la herida.
-2 Con la cinta se dan 2 vueltas completas alrededor de la extremidad.
-3 Se realiza un nudo, se coloca un palo y se realiza un segundo nudo alrededor del palo.
-4 Se comienza a girar el palo hasta que la hemorragia se ha detenido.
-5 Se sujeta el palo a la extremidad.



F) -1 There places a tape of 2 cm over the wound.

Con Esfuerzo Todo Es Posible

La vida de un estudiante está llena de diferentes etapas, las cuáles nos llevan al mismo lugar, conseguir nuestros sueños y metas. Para conseguirlos necesitamos un duro y importante esfuerzo. En cada fase se va aprendiendo cosas nuevas y interesantes. Lo más importante es no rendirse pues merece la pena ya que todo lo que hagamos ahora tendrá su fruto en un futuro cercano.

The life of a student is full of differents stages, which take us to the same place, to obtain our dreams and goals. For obtain them we need a hard and important effort. In every phase are learned new and interesting things. The most important is not to give up itself so it is worth it since everything what we do now will have your fruit in a nearby future.


La vida de un estudiante es muy dura, tienes que sobrepasar una serie de obstáculos que se te interpondrán en el camino, pero todo se logra con esfuerzo y ilusión. La vida académica es pasajera y deja su recompensa para un futuro.

 

The life of a student is very hard, you have to exceed a series of obstacles that will intervene you in the way, but everything is achieved with effort and illusion. The academic life is a passenger and leaves reward for a future.
